Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser so it can remember your sign-in, your settings and count usage. This page explains the cookies and browser storage that Accify Accounting Co., Ltd. uses and how to change your choices.

1. Types of cookies we use
- Necessary cookies: make the website and system work, for example remembering that you are signed in, protecting forms against forgery and remembering your cookie choice. They cannot be switched off and do not need consent.
- Analytics cookies: count visitors and show which pages are used so we can improve the site. Used only if you accept, and we do not use them for advertising or cross-site profiling.
- Marketing cookies: we use the Meta Pixel on the home page to measure and improve our ads on Facebook/Instagram. Used only if you agree, and you can withdraw consent at any time under “Cookie settings”.
- Marketing cookies: we use the Google Ads Google tag on the home and sign-up pages to measure our ads on Google (for example, counting sign-up form submissions). Used only if you agree, and you can withdraw consent at any time under “Cookie settings”.

3. Browser storage (Local / Session Storage)
- accLoginId:front and accLoginId:admin (Local Storage): remembers your username or email on this device, only when you tick “Remember me on this device”. Remove it by unticking or clearing browser data.
- accPendingCred (Session Storage): briefly hands your credentials to the browser’s password manager after sign-in, and is deleted straight away or when the tab closes.
- company_settings (Local Storage): company profile data shown in the customer app, kept so pages load faster.
4. Managing cookies
You can change your consent at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer or the button below. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but blocking necessary cookies may stop you from signing in.
